What is an escape room?
An escape room is a real-life adventure game where participants solve puzzles and find clues to escape from a room within a set time limit, usually 60 minutes.
Are escape rooms scary?
Not all escape rooms are designed to be scary. Themes do vary, and many are family-friendly or adventure-themed rather than horror-based. We’ve included in our descriptions if the room is horror.
Am I really locked in a room?
No, the room is never locked. There is always an option to leave if necessary.
What happens if we can't solve the puzzles?
Game masters monitor the game and can provide hints if you get stuck. If time runs out and you haven’t escaped, the game master will typically explain the remaining puzzles.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, reservations are required to guarantee your spot and to help us manage the number of players in each session. However, we do accept walk-ins if rooms are available. Just give us a call to check what’s open!
How many people can participate in one escape room?
Group sizes can vary. Our escape rooms allow a minimum of 2 players, and the maximum will depend on the room you select. The number of players allowed will be in the room details.
Can I bring my phone into the escape room?
Mobile phones are allowed but discouraged from being used during the game to maintain the immersive experience. Photos and videos are not permitted during the game.
How long does an escape room experience last?
All our rooms are 60 minutes, but it’s recommended to arrive 15 minutes early for a briefing.
Can children participate in escape rooms?
Yes, children are welcome to participate! However, due to the complexity of our puzzles, we recommend the experience for ages 10 and up, as they’ll be able to engage more meaningfully. Children under 10 are still welcome but will need guidance from a parent or adult.

Do I need to bring anything special?
You don’t need to bring anything special except for a photo ID and booking information. Everything required to solve the puzzles will be provided within the room.
Can I play an escape room with only two people?
Absolutely, our escape rooms can be played with just two people, though some may be more challenging with smaller groups.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing is recommended as you may need to move around and search for clues.
Can I book a private escape room experience?
Yes, all our rooms are private. You will never have to book a room with strangers.
Are escape rooms suitable for team-building events?
Yes, escape rooms are popular for corporate team-building events as they promote communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
What if I'm late to my reservation?
If you’re late, your time in the room may be shortened. It’s best to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Please call if you are running late.
How do I book an escape room experience?
Booking is done online through our website. It’s advisable to book in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Can I bring food or drinks into the escape room?
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the escape rooms to maintain cleanliness and prevent distractions.
Can I get a refund if I don't show up?
There is a no-refund policy for no-shows or late arrivals due to the live nature of the event. If you need to cancel, please call at least 24 hours in advance.
